About the Role
Tribe AI is seeking a Forward Deployed UX/UI Designer to create elegant, intuitive experiences for AI agents and complex enterprise systems. This role involves translating AI capabilities into clear conversational flows and interactions, working closely with product managers and client teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead design for AI agent experiences, including conversation blueprints, multi-turn flows, and error handling
- →Map user journeys and create wireframes for complex workflows
- →Translate abstract AI capabilities into approachable user experiences
- →Simplify complex workflows and data interactions through design
- →Deliver clickable prototypes for stakeholder validation
- →Support discovery workshops and contribute design expertise
- →Co-facilitate workshops to define user flows and experience strategy
- →Ground design decisions in user research and real-world constraints
- →Contribute to internal design playbooks and reusable design systems
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of experience designing digital products with a strong portfolio
- ✓Deep experience designing AI agent interactions and conversation flows
- ✓Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- ✓Strong systems thinking ability to simplify intricate user journeys
- ✓Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Comfort with ambiguity and defining UX patterns for emerging AI technologies
- ✓Experience working in agile environments and multi-disciplinary teams
- ✓Bonus: Background in HCI, cognitive science, or enterprise AI deployments
