WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: - Partnering closely with scaling companies to help them design, run, and improve their hiring—from the very first intake to the final offer. - Building solid relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders. You're not just supporting them—you’re guiding them. - Setting up hiring processes, interview structures, scorecards, and analytics that make sense for each business. - Finding smarter ways to source, advertise, and attract great candidates. - Driving real impact—not just on headcount, but on long-term hiring success and candidate experience. - Owning your projects like they’re your own company. WE’D LOVE TO WORK WITH YOU IF: - You’re fluent in English and a strong communicator. - You’ve got experience hiring in Commercial or Operations roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments. - You’ve worked with ATS tools and know how to make hiring smoother, smarter, and more efficient. - You don’t just "fill roles." You challenge, consult, and help clients build a hiring culture that lasts. - You’re data-driven, curious, and always looking for ways to level up the hiring game. - You think like an in-house recruiter: long-term vision, business impact, and culture fit matter to you.
