About the Role
We are looking for a Data Platform Engineer - Reltio MDM Specialist to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) infrastructure. This role focuses on Reltio platform expertise combined with Python-based solutions and AWS cloud services, supporting critical business functions through sophisticated data governance.
Key Responsibilities
- →Architect and implement enterprise Reltio MDM solutions including data matching, merging, and survivorship rules
- →Design and configure Reltio data models including parties, relationships, and hierarchies
- →Lead Reltio security and governance including role-based access control (RBAC) and compliance frameworks
- →Build Reltio integration patterns with external systems using APIs, webhooks, and event streaming
- →Optimize Reltio performance through query tuning and caching strategies
- →Develop data governance frameworks including validation rules and data quality metrics
- →Architect, develop, and maintain production-grade Python applications for MDM operations
- →Build Python-based data pipelines that feed, validate, and manage data flowing into/out of Reltio
- →Develop custom Reltio integrations and utilities using Python SDKs and REST APIs
- →Implement data quality frameworks and validation engines for master data management
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of hands-on Reltio MDM platform experience in production environments
- ✓Deep expertise in Reltio matching rules, survivorship rules, and data governance configurations
- ✓Proven ability to design and implement complex Reltio solutions for enterprise data management
- ✓5+ years of software development experience with 4+ years of production Python development
- ✓Expert-level Python skills, including OOP, design patterns, and enterprise-scale development
- ✓3+ years of hands-on AWS experience with data-focused services
- ✓Deep understanding of data engineering, ETL/ELT patterns, and modern data architecture
