About the Role
We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our team focused on transforming mental health care through technology. This role involves owning AWS infrastructure end-to-end with a strong focus on automation and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- βDesign and manage cloud environments using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Pulumi
- βArchitect and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions for Python/Django and React applications
- βEnsure security and compliance by collaborating with engineering teams and using tools like Vanta
- βOptimize and scale AWS ecosystem including ECS, RDS, Lambda, S3, and DynamoDB
- βImplement advanced monitoring, logging, and alerting systems for 24/7 service availability
- βCollaborate with software engineers to define requirements and implement best practices in an Agile environment
Requirements
- β8+ years of experience in DevOps Engineering or Application Engineering with IaC
- βAdvanced knowledge of AWS and experience with scalable, cloud-native architectures
- βProven track record using Pulumi, Terraform, or CloudFormation
- βStrong experience building CI/CD workflows and automating manual processes
- βHands-on experience with Docker, ECS, and Kubernetes for microservices management
- βAdvanced knowledge of monitoring tools such as New Relic
- βDemonstrated ability to lead infrastructure initiatives and communicate technical concepts
