About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join Truelogic, a leading provider of nearshore staff augmentation services. This role involves leading software/IT initiatives in a staff-augmentation setting, working with multiple client engagements. You will orchestrate delivery, align stakeholders, and drive clarity and predictability in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Initiate and onboard clients, setting ways of working and confirming expectations
- →Maintain planning cadence and keep scope, quality, and time in balance
- →Run Agile ceremonies and manage changes/hotfixes to keep releases on track
- →Identify risks early, communicate impact, and execute recovery plans
- →Keep Product, Design, Architecture, QA, and client decision-makers aligned
- →Remove blockers and foster accountability across teams
- →Keep status reports crisp and ensure time approval processes are smooth
Requirements
- ✓5+ years in Project Management for software/IT (web/mobile/AI)
- ✓Hands-on Agile (Scrum/Kanban) experience across discovery to delivery
- ✓Comfort engaging multiple stakeholders, including executives
- ✓Proven ability to run kick-offs, manage changes, and keep teams unblocked
- ✓Fluency with Jira and Confluence, and standard collaboration tools
