About the Role

We are seeking a Manager of Application Security to lead and manage our application security program. This role is critical in protecting our platform, customer data, and internal systems from evolving cyber threats within a fast-paced technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive application security strategy aligned with business objectives
• →Lead and mentor the application security team, fostering a culture of security awareness
• →Oversee day-to-day security operations including monitoring, threat detection, and incident response
• →Design and manage security controls for our cloud-based SaaS platform (AWS), corporate network, and endpoints
• →Conduct regular application security assessments, penetration tests, and vulnerability scans
• →Maintain an application security risk management framework and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• →Lead the security incident response team through all phases of the incident lifecycle
• →Manage, mentor, and develop the application security team while assisting with budget management
