Requirements
- ✓1–2 years of hands-on experience in RPA development or a similar automation-focused role
- ✓Proficiency in major RPA platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- ✓Scripting skills in Python, Java, or C#
- ✓Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
- ✓Ability to identify automation opportunities and provide strategic recommendations
- ✓Strong communication skills to explain technical workflows to non-technical stakeholders
- ✓Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and fix automation issues
