About the Role
We are seeking a Program Manager to join True Zero Technologies, a veteran-owned small business recognized for its people-first approach and excellence. This role involves leading program execution and stakeholder management in a security-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead overall program execution, governance cadence, and stakeholder management
- →Manage transition-in activities, knowledge transfer, and continuity risk controls
- →Own deliverables management including daily/weekly/monthly reporting, plans, and schedules
- →Oversee staffing, shift coverage strategy, surge planning, and key-person risk mitigation
- →Coordinate across SOC operations, incident response, vulnerability management, hunting, and specialized support areas
- →Drive performance measurement through KPIs/SLAs, corrective actions, and continuous improvement
- →Manage financial controls and reporting covering labor, travel, burn rate, and variance explanations
- →Maintain a program risk register and run a consistent risk burn-down rhythm
Requirements
- ✓Experience managing IT programs
- ✓Active PMP certification
- ✓Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of project/program management (7 security-related) OR Master’s (security/business) plus 7 years of project/program management (5 security-related)
- ✓Industry certification related to security and/or incident response (e.g., CEH, GIAC)
- ✓Active Secret clearance may be required
- ✓Top Secret/SCI eligibility
- ✓Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others
