About the Role

Trulioo is seeking an Intermediate Software Engineer (KYC) to join their engineering team. This role involves developing a distributed cloud platform that supports production API services, big data infrastructure, and machine learning processes.

Key Responsibilities

→Apply cutting-edge technologies to modern cloud application development
→Collaborate with UX and Product Management to craft customer-focused solutions
→Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
→Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development, test, and production environments
→Own a product release from discovery to deployment
→Contribute to the design and evolution of machine learning powered document verification services
→Utilize structured engineering documentation practices to define service contracts and AI-agent workflows

Requirements

✓3-5 years of professional programming experience
✓Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
✓Proficient in Java or Kotlin programming languages
✓Experience with REST APIs and 3rd-party system integration
✓Experience with microservice architecture and design patterns
✓Experience with CI/CD tools and practices
✓High technical standards demonstrated through design patterns, clean coding, peer reviews, and unit testing
✓Proficient in agile software development and good collaboration skills
✓Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
