About the Role
We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to join Trustly's team. This role focuses on building and scaling user acquisition strategies for our consumer-facing capabilities in the US market.
Key Responsibilities
- →Launch and optimize multi-channel paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Reddit
- →Scale performance via Google App Campaigns, podcast sponsorships, and influencer partnerships
- →Build the attribution infrastructure required to track CAC by channel and cohort
- →Design and launch dual-sided referral mechanics and viral loops to lower blended CAC
- →Execute distribution partnerships through employers, colleges, and niche communities
- →Own the funnel: Identify drop-off points from download to active usage and run rapid retention experiments
- →Build cohort analysis dashboards to monitor activation, retention, and LTV
- →Maintain an "experimentation obsession"—running lean tests and killing underperforming tactics quickly
Requirements
- ✓7+ years leading growth at a high-growth B2C app or marketplace (mobile-first preferred)
- ✓Strong track record scaling user acquisition in competitive US consumer markets
- ✓Highly proficient in cohort analysis, LTV modeling, and full-funnel optimization
- ✓Equally comfortable in paid media platforms and building attribution infrastructure
- ✓Experience in proving unit economics with constrained budgets before scaling
- ✓Preferably US-based (or UK-based with a demonstrable and deep understanding of the US market)
