About the Role
Trustly is seeking a results-oriented product manager to own the roadmap for their global network of financial institutions. This role focuses on optimizing and expanding the online banking connectivity platform that powers Trustly’s payment and data portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own product roadmap and requirements for expanding Trustly’s open banking connectivity
- →Lead planning, discovery, and prioritization of product features
- →Drive enterprise-grade quality of financial institution connectors through metrics and OKRs
- →Own product and business requirements for product initiatives
- →Drive end-to-end integrations with banking platform partners
- →Provide product support to engineering in testing and QA
- →Work with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities
- →Enhance bank coverage and data retrieval performance
Requirements
- ✓Experience as a product manager in SaaS, PaaS, or payments industries
- ✓Bachelor’s degree in technology field; Master’s degree a plus
- ✓Strong technical acumen with API and quality metrics
- ✓Ability to work with ambiguity and drive decisions through data analysis
- ✓Excellent communication at business and technical levels
- ✓Ability to influence cross-functional, cross-border teams
- ✓Result-oriented leader with problem-solving skills
- ✓Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira
