As Head of People Operations, you will oversee the team responsible for all our behind-the-scenes people-related processes and tasks, ensuring that Trusties globally have a positive experience end to end. This includes the pre-boarding, onboarding and offboarding experience; being the first point of contact for people-related queries; maintaining accurate data in our HR system; and owning people-related processes, procedures, compliance and controls; all the while seeking smart ways to be as efficient and accurate as possible through automation and AI.
What you'll be doing:
β’ Leadership: Ensure timely, accurate and people-centric execution of day-to-day tasks and processes by the People Operations team of 3, including global HR system management, contract and document creation, benefits support and administration, immigration and visa administration, and policy and handbook maintenance.
β’ People processes: Lead on key people processes from an operational perspective (such as annual salary review, performance review and promotions).
β’ Policies: Work with internal stakeholders to define and implement relevant policy and process updates in each of our entities, ensuring that all processes are thoroughly and clearly documented and maintained, and the team is trained accordingly.
β’ Compliance and controls: Define and oversee periodic people-related controls, supporting with internal and external audits to ensure policy and process accuracy and compliance.
β’ Business process optimisation: Own people-related business process mapping and optimisation, proactively finding ways to embed automation and AI where possible.
Who you are:
β’ You bring proven experience in a senior People Operations, HR Shared Services, or People Experience leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment.
β’ You have a strong track record of leading global HR operations, including HR controls, processes, and policies.
β’ You have experience working in an international environment, preferably in a global company.
β’ Youβve been a key player in driving HR system transformation, and are comfortable working across vendors, stakeholders, and business units to implement new tools and workflows.
β’ Youβre excited about the opportunity to embed AI and automation into core people processes and have a natural curiosity for innovative, tech-enabled solutions.
β’ You are detail-oriented and structured, with a strong sense of accountability for process, documentation, and controls.
β’ You are an empathetic and empowering leader, capable of developing, supporting, and inspiring a high-performing team.
β’ Youβre known for your organisation and execution skills
β’ You have a collaborative, solutions focused mindset
β’ You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
