About the Role
We are seeking a Salesforce Specialist to join Trustpilot’s Go To Market Technology department. This role will be pivotal in working on large strategic projects in our Salesforce platform, collaborating with commercial, marketing, and customer service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
- →Develop and maintain complex Salesforce Flows and automation
- →Integrate Salesforce with internal and external systems using APIs
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions
- →Deploy changes via CI/CD
- →Provide mentoring and coaching to junior Administrators
- →Maintain system auditing evidence and documentation
Requirements
- ✓Minimum of Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I certifications
- ✓5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Developer & Admin
- ✓Extensive experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience development
- ✓Experience with Agentforce is a plus
- ✓Demonstrated expert proficiency in Salesforce programmatic functionalities
- ✓Strong understanding of Salesforce APIs and integration patterns
- ✓Deep understanding of Salesforce security models
- ✓Proficiency in using developer tools like VS Code, Salesforce CLI, and Git
