About the Role
Trustpilot is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their Consumer team. This hands-on role involves driving discovery and research, creating and testing hypotheses, and shaping product strategy to help consumers make trusted decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Conduct strategic discovery and research to understand consumer needs and opportunities
- →Lead design strategy and execution for complex, high-impact features
- →Prototype high-quality user journeys and product experiences
- →Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to shape product strategy
- →Test hypotheses across Trustpilot’s consumer web and iOS platforms
- →Articulate the value of design and its connection to business goals
- →Identify opportunities to improve processes
- →Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity
Requirements
- ✓Experience designing for high traffic digital products
- ✓Strong portfolio showcasing Product Design, discovery, and UX research skills
- ✓Evidence of design work with measurable business impact
- ✓Strong communication and storytelling abilities
- ✓Proficiency with Figma and other design tools
- ✓Familiarity with front-end implementation practices
- ✓Curiosity and openness to learning
