About the Role
We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Trust Automation team at Trustpilot, the world's largest independent consumer review platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining systems that detect and filter fake reviews and harmful content at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Take full ownership of the entire lifecycle of services, from ideation to deployment and maintenance
- →Manage and optimize critical integrations with CheckStep
- →Help transition from third-party tools to in-house AI-driven services
- →Collaborate with Legal and Content Integrity teams to shape technical solutions
- →Use data to drive experiments and break down strategy into technical timelines
Requirements
- ✓At least 3 years of experience in full-stack web development, preferably in large-scale environments
- ✓Experience with productionizing, scaling, and maintaining large-scale systems
- ✓Strong hands-on experience with AWS (SQS, Lambda, queuing, and observability)
- ✓Expert-level knowledge of Node.js and TypeScript/JavaScript
- ✓Passion for AI space, particularly with LLMs and Agentic Engineering
- ✓Ability to represent technical decisions and discuss trade-offs with non-technical teams
- ✓Preference for autonomy and taking ownership of tasks
