About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join Trustpilot's Commercial function. This role involves hiring for entry to mid-level positions across Europe and other regions, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a consistent flow of diverse talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement effective strategies to source, recruit, and hire qualified candidates
- →Conduct phone screens and qualifying calls to assess candidate suitability
- →Handle multiple job requisitions end-to-end, managing the interview process from sourcing to closing
- →Maintain professional communication with candidates and hiring managers
- →Proactively source top talent using LinkedIn and job boards
- →Maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System
Requirements
- ✓Experience as an in-house or RPO recruitment professional
- ✓Proficiency in languages such as German, Dutch, Italian, or Danish is desirable
- ✓Expertise in developing and executing diverse sourcing and hiring strategies
- ✓Ability to work autonomously and adapt to evolving work methodologies
- ✓Excellent communication skills with a collaborative approach
- ✓Ability to build trust and credibility with hiring managers
