About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at TrustYou, a leading AI-driven hospitality platform. This is an 18-month maternity cover position working part-time (30 hours/week) remotely from Germany. You will own full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance
- →Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priority profiles
- →Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using various platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.)
- →Ensuring alignment on interview processes and decision-making criteria
- →Conducting thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit
- →Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- →Updating and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- →Supporting the People Operations team with ongoing projects, as time permits
Requirements
- ✓2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or as Recruiter
- ✓Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ✓Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and recruitment software (Linkedin Recruiter)
- ✓Proficiency in English
