About the Role
We are looking for an AI Developer to join TTEC Digital. This role focuses on developing, testing, and delivering the NICE CXone AI software platform. You will work on implementing the NICE Proactive AI Agent, Omilia, and Cognigy software.
Key Responsibilities
- βDeveloping and enhancing conversational chat bot solutions for client implementation projects
- βWorking as a member of the TTEC Digital project team to enhance and improve software written in JavaScript
- βCoding and testing projects
- βDelivering high-quality software on time
- βAttending meetings and training as required
- βPerforming system analysis and project management duties for successful project completion
- βDeveloping new solution pitches, value propositions, and demo experiences
- βMitigating and resolving code errors for development and future concepts
Requirements
- β3 years of professional experience building and delivering Natural Language Processing (NLP) systems
- β3 or more years of software development, including design, custom development (JavaScript, Python, Java), and testing of real-time systems
- β5+ years of JavaScript experience
- βExperience with products such as DialogFlow, Core.ai, Cognigy, Amazon Lex, or Omilia
- βHands-on experience with modern chat bot creation, AI Virtual Agents/Agent Assist
- βTeam player and the ability to mentor team members
- βDesire to work in a fast-paced environment
