About the Role
We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join TTP’s IT team. This high-impact role focuses on transforming data into actionable insights to enable smarter, more strategic decision-making across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own, develop and evolve our Power BI platform, making it a trusted data source.
- →Build dashboards that provide insight into sales activity, revenue trends, and account performance.
- →Translate business questions into clear, data-driven insights - partnering with leaders across TTP.
- →Use generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot) to automate reporting, summarise trends, generate ad hoc insights, interpret ambiguous data sets, and support scenario modelling and commercial forecasts.
- →Contribute to ERP roadmap projects (NetSuite, Power BI, connected apps), with a focus on Business Development & CRM, Project delivery, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- →Capture and improve key business processes - leading change initiatives from discovery to implementation.
Requirements
- ✓Experience with Power BI platform development and maintenance.
- ✓Strong understanding of ERP systems, particularly NetSuite.
- ✓Proficiency in using generative AI tools like ChatGPT and Copilot for data analysis.
- ✓Ability to translate business questions into data-driven insights.
- ✓Experience with CRM systems and project delivery.
- ✓Knowledge of Finance, Marketing, and Operations processes.
