Compliance Manager
Location: Remote

The Role:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail oriented Compliance Manager to support our missionβ as we continue to grow the organization. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate regulatory filings, managing entity enrollments, supporting vendor contract workflows, and coordinating compliance obligations across the organization. The ideal candidate is proactive, curious, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
Key responsibilities of this role may include:
β’ Regulatory Enrollment & Compliance
β’ Manage Medicare and Medicaid enrollment activities, ensuring applications, renewals, and updates are completed accurately and on time.
β’ Oversee state-level entity enrollment for all jurisdictions in which we operate, tracking requirements and filing deadlines.
β’ Coordinate all Secretary of State filings, including new entity formations, annual reports, amendments, and other corporate maintenance, in partnership with CSC.
β’ Contract Management
β’ Manage the vendor contract workflow, including:
β’ Conducting pre-read reviews prior to Legal Counsel review.
β’ Preparing and organizing contract documentation.
β’ Maintaining the centralized contract repository.
β’ Managing the contract renewal calendar and ensuring timely outreach for renewals.
β’ Support the drafting, editing, and organization of standard agreements and templates.
β’ Privacy & Data Compliance
β’ Assist with maintaining and organizing privacy-related documentation and policies.
β’ Track privacy requests, incident reports, and state-specific privacy requirements with guidance from Legal Counsel.
β’ Support coordination of business associate agreements and other privacy-related vendor documents.
β’ Help gather information for privacy audits, assessments, or regulatory reviews.
β’ Legal Operations & Administrative Support
β’ Maintain organized and up-to-date legal files, trackers, calendars, and compliance logs.
β’ Assist with legal document preparation, research memos, and regulatory filings.
β’ Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to keep legal processes moving efficiently.
β’ Support special projects and other legal tasks as assigned

Skills & Experience:
β’ Bachelorβs degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
β’ 2β5+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role (healthcare or multi-state experience preferred).
β’ Experience with Medicare/Medicaid enrollment, entity-level registrations, or compliance processes is a strong plus.
β’ Strong understanding of corporate filings, Secretary of State processes, and contract lifecycle management.
β’ Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
β’ Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple deadlines.
β’ Strong written and verbal communication skills.
β’ Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with legal software, CSC, or contract management systems is a plus.
