About the Role
We are seeking a Civil Construction Coordinator to manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites. This role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed according to specifications and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate day-to-day civil construction activities at the project site
- →Assist engineers in planning the sequence of construction tasks and ensuring resource availability
- →Maintain clear communication between contractors, subcontractors, and the project team
- →Monitor manpower allocation and productivity
- →Ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications, and method statements
- →Supervise civil works such as excavation, RCC, block work, shuttering, finishing, etc.
- →Report any technical issues or deviations to the Site Engineer/Project Manager
- →Verify levels, measurements, and alignment on-site
- →Conduct quality checks as per QA/QC guidelines and ensure compliance
- →Ensure workmanship meets required standards
- →Report and follow up on quality-related issues
