About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager for Interior fit out projects to join our team at T&T. This role is crucial to our business growth and maintaining our position as an innovative authority.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and develop the project team to ensure maximum performance
- →Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment
- →Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget
- →Analyse project status and revise scope, schedule, or budget when necessary
- →Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders
- →Develop and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle
- →Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources
- →Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency
- →Report project outcomes and risks to management channels
Requirements
- ✓Experience with interior fit out projects
- ✓Strong skills in developing and overseeing work plans
- ✓Ability to prepare and present updates to management channels
- ✓Experience in risk assessment and mitigation
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
