Key Responsibilities
- βParticipate in all facets of project management, including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual projects
- βRead, understand, and apply standard project documents such as agreements, contracts, design standards, and construction documents
- βInterface directly with clients to define and document project requirements
- βAssist with planning, programming, and preparation of project scope, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, and quality control
- βIdentify project delivery resources and conduct simple request for proposals
- βComplete bid analysis with management support and recommend resources
- βImplement communication plans and facilitate project meetings
- βEnsure project data integrity and documentation accuracy
- βTrack project progress against goals, budgets, and timelines
- βParticipate in change management routines and risk management
- βAssist with project closeout and handover of documentation
- βParticipate in facility assessments and update client databases
Requirements
- βDemonstrated capability to read, understand, and apply standard project documents
- βAbility to interface with clients and document project requirements
- βExperience with project planning, programming, and budgeting
- βKnowledge of public procurement requirements
- βUnderstanding of risk management and change management processes
- βAbility to track project progress and identify variances
- βExperience with project documentation and data integrity
