About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager / Project Manager to join our team. This role involves ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality, sustainability, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the management of governance, communication, and management control systems for the proper conduct and assured delivery of client services and works.
- →Review organization structures and recommend alignment measures.
- →Monitor performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures.
- →Monitor and audit compliance with management systems requirements.
- →Identify project risks and manage mitigations.
- →Participate in technical and progress meetings.
- →Support the attainment of design stage deliverables to schedule and quality.
- →Attend sites to review HSSE, logistics, and progress against the program.
- →Prepare formal reports on project progress.
- →Support the management and administration of contracts.
- →Prepare and issue company invoices and receipts.
Requirements
- ✓Precontract and post-contract delivery experience.
- ✓Understanding of management and interpersonal skills.
- ✓Core technical skillset with knowledge of construction.
- ✓Commercial and contractual awareness.
- ✓Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- ✓Knowledge of the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle.
