About the Role
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join Turner & Townsend in Abu Dhabi. This role involves supporting project management activities across the UAE region, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support the management of governance, communication, and control systems for project delivery
- →Review organization structures and recommend alignment measures
- →Monitor performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures
- →Audit compliance with management systems and report findings
- →Identify project risks and manage mitigations
- →Participate in technical meetings and client reviews
- →Support design stage deliverables and procurement processes
- →Attend site visits to review HSSE, logistics, and progress
- →Prepare project progress reports and presentations
- →Support contract management and administration
- →Assist with invoice preparation and contract receipts
Requirements
- ✓Pre-contract and post-contract delivery experience
- ✓Understanding of management principles and interpersonal skills
- ✓Core technical skillset with construction knowledge
- ✓Commercial and contractual awareness
- ✓Experience with large-scale real estate projects
- ✓Strong relationship management skills
- ✓Knowledge of project delivery lifecycle from design to handover
- ✓Excellent written and verbal communication skills
