About the Role
We are looking for high-calibre Associate Directors to join our expanding team at Turner & Townsend. This leadership role involves supporting clients in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects and mentoring the next generation of Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients on infrastructure projects across the lifecycle
- →Set strategy and challenge existing approaches to drive success
- →Lead and be accountable for health, safety, and wellbeing within your sphere of responsibility
- →Apply practical understanding of CDM across teams
- →Anticipate client challenges and determine applicable solutions
- →Foster client and industry partnerships, developing and growing relationships
- →Coach and mentor others, encouraging development and best practice
- →Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
- →Act as a role model for inclusive environments and growth mindset
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience managing multiple disciplines/teams/advisors/clients on infrastructure projects
- ✓Proven success in setting strategy and challenging existing approaches
- ✓Excellent leadership skills with the ability to set high standards and manage performance
