About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Bid Writer to join our Major Bids Team at Turner & Townsend. This critical role supports our strategic growth by developing high-quality, compelling bid submissions for complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Write and develop technical bid responses, ensuring compliance with ITT requirements and timescales
- →Incorporate local knowledge, research, evidence, and Turner & Townsend brand-aligned writing style
- →Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and coherent submissions
- →Lead and facilitate content planning sessions and storyboarding for major responses
- →Ensure submissions are prepared for internal quality assurance and governance processes
- →Analyse completed bids to identify high-scoring content and contribute to a best-practice response library
- →Contribute ideas and innovations to support continuous improvement
Requirements
