About the Role

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join Turner & Townsend. This role involves establishing project governance, designing PMO processes, supporting reporting and performance management, and engaging with stakeholders across various functions.

Key Responsibilities

→Establishing Project Governance by supporting the development and implementation of Program and Project Governance Frameworks
→Supporting the Governance Manager in standing up and managing key governance forums
→Mapping As-Is PMO and project delivery processes across governance and assurance
→Working with stakeholders to define To-Be processes
→Supporting the design, implementation and continuous enhancement of the integrated reporting framework
→Supporting the operation of the Change Management Framework
→Supporting operation of the Assurance framework
→Engaging with cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, construction, commercial, project controls, systems, HSSE and external partners
→Supporting the Governance Manager in developing and implementing change management and communication activities
→Supporting the growth of Turner & Townsend’s Business Analysis and PMO governance offering

Requirements
