→Provide oversight of all activities within the fabrication facility, including precast concrete elements, structural steel fabrication, and modular components
→Review and monitor fabrication workflows, layouts, and sequencing to ensure productivity, safety, and quality compliance
→Ensure fabrication outputs align with data centre design requirements and site installation sequencing
→Review and monitor fabrication schedules and production plans submitted by contractors
→Identify risks, constraints, or potential delays within the fabrication facility and recommend mitigation measures
→Provide assurance that all fabrication works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and technical standards
→Oversee quality inspections, audits, non-conformance management, and corrective actions
→Monitor contractor manpower, supervision levels, and engineering support
→Coordinate with fabricators, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure materials availability
→Interface with design, engineering, construction, and logistics teams
→Monitor fabrication-related progress, productivity, and performance against programme targets
→Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering fabrication progress, risks, and mitigation actions

✓Experience in project management within construction or fabrication environments
✓Strong understanding of offsite construction methods and quality control processes
✓Knowledge of data centre construction requirements and standards
✓Experience with contractor management and oversight
✓Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
✓Strong reporting and communication skills
✓Understanding of HSE requirements in construction environments
