About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Owner’s Representative Project Manager to work on K-12 public-sector projects across various sectors including healthcare, public community facilities, K-12, higher education, and municipal projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manages all facets of project management including budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk for individual projects.
- →Interface with clients and other consultants at all project stages.
- →Develop detailed project plans and monitor performance management techniques.
- →Manage the change control process and flow of project information.
- →Prepare formal project budget progress and other reports.
- →Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety, health, and environment issues.
- →Handle financial management including client invoicing and project financial status monitoring.
- →Provide clear and accurate reporting for client communication and stakeholder engagement.
- →Work within a dynamic team environment while performing independently.
- →Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management for public-sector projects.
- ✓Strong skills in budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk management.
- ✓Ability to interface effectively with clients and consultants.
- ✓Proficiency in project planning and performance management.
