About the Role
We are looking for high-calibre Project Directors to join our expanding team at Turner & Townsend. This role involves leading the delivery of high-profile infrastructure projects across various sectors, contributing to business growth, and mentoring future Project Managers.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage multiple disciplines, teams, advisors, and clients on complex infrastructure projects across the lifecycle
- →Set strategy and challenge existing approaches to drive innovation and sustainability
- →Lead commission strategies and ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of team members
- →Shape the future vision of the business and identify future needs and challenges
- →Foster client and industry partnerships to transform performance together
- →Coach and mentor others to develop a pipeline of future leaders
- →Build long-term trusted advisor relationships with clients
Requirements
