About the Role
We are seeking a Project Management Consultant to oversee various aspects of the project lifecycle from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead individual tasks throughout the design, procurement, and construction process
- →Run procurement, recommend, and appoint consultants and contractors
- →Work with the client team to identify initial budgets and scheduling
- →Process payments to consultants, contractors, and direct vendors
- →Administer and coordinate project closeout documentation
- →Coordinate Contracts and Master Service Agreements through the project lifecycle
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management across design, procurement, and construction
- ✓Strong ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including clients and vendors
- ✓Proficiency in budget management and scheduling
- ✓Knowledge of contract administration and service agreements
