About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and delivering commercial real estate projects end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead the complete project lifecycle—from initiation to handover
→Prepare project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
→Monitor project progress to ensure adherence to timeline, cost, and quality benchmarks
→Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors
→Manage client communication and ensure expectations are met consistently
→Conduct regular site meetings, progress reviews, and risk assessments
→Prepare and manage project budgets
→Track expenditures, approve variations, and minimize cost overruns
→Enforce safety standards, quality checks, and regulatory compliance
→Maintain accurate project documentation—progress reports, drawings, RFI logs, contractor bills, etc.

Requirements

✓Proven track record in project planning and execution
✓Strong stakeholder coordination skills
✓Experience with commercial real estate projects
✓Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and other construction tools
✓Ability to manage budgets and control costs
✓Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance
