About the Role
The Project Manager will lead a team and coordinate all project activities to meet client objectives. This role involves strategic planning and communication with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- →Directs the team on a day-to-day basis and coordinates all its activities
- →Is responsible for meeting the objectives of the Client and Turner & Townsend Project Management
- →Proposes the Project development strategy to the Client and the Project Director
- →Determines the need for specific procedures in the Project
- →Issues, reviews, and updates the PEP
- →Is the contact point with the Client, maintaining constant communication about the Project development
- →Establishes communication lines with the Client, design team, consultants, and contractors
- →Responsible for compliance with the Project Management Quality Management System
- →Defines and monitors the evolution of the cost plan and Project planning
- →Prepares and updates the risk register
- →Issues Monthly Project Status Reports to the Client and Project Director
