About the Role
We are seeking a Project Manager to join Turner & Townsend, reporting to the Project Director internally and the client representative at a project level. This role will focus on healthcare sector projects, requiring excellent communication skills and a strong technical skillset.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and manage governance, communication and management control systems for client services and works
- →Review organization structures and recommend alignment measures
- →Monitor team performance and initiate safety or performance improvement measures
- →Monitor compliance with management systems requirements
- →Identify project risks and manage mitigations
- →Conduct weekly technical and progress meetings
- →Manage client stage gateway reviews and approvals
- →Manage design stage deliverables to schedule and quality
- →Attend site visits to review HSSE, logistics and progress
- →Produce formal project progress reports
- →Prepare weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports for the Employer’s representative
- →Manage and administer contracts to protect client interests
- →Manage contract invoicing and receipts
Requirements
