About the Role
We are seeking a Construction Coordinator to join our team. This role involves monitoring contractor progress and ensuring alignment with project schedules while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- βMonitor contractor progress and ensure alignment with the master schedule
- βConduct quality checks and site inspections for MEP works
- βManage and track contractor submittals, RFIs, and shop drawings
- βPrepare and submit regular reports including daily logs, weekly updates, and monthly progress
- βMaintain and update the risk register and issue logs
- βCoordinate closely with hotel operations to minimize disruption
- βFacilitate contractor meetings and document minutes
- βSupport the Project Lead in stakeholder communication and decision-making
Requirements
- βExperience in construction coordination or project management
- βStrong understanding of MEP systems
- βExcellent organizational and communication skills
- βAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- βKnowledge of construction documentation and reporting
