About the Role
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to manage the technical aspects of projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating with vendors, reviewing designs, and supervising construction activities.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead a team and supervise onsite MEP construction activities
- →Review and redesign MEP drawings and material schedules
- →Coordinate electro-mechanical activities with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
- →Provide interpretations of plans and specifications for contractors and engineers
- →Analyze designs and coordinate with multiple vendors
- →Review MEP specifications and participate in technical and commercial negotiations
Requirements
- ✓Thorough knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and fire fighting
- ✓Experience in sustainability and LEED concepts
- ✓Ability to analyze designs and coordinate with vendors
- ✓Strong leadership and team management skills
- ✓Experience in reviewing and redesigning MEP drawings
- ✓Knowledge of project management and cost control
