About the Role
We are seeking a Data Center MEP Engineer to manage the complete lifecycle of data center projects. This role involves technical design, vendor coordination, and site supervision for MEP systems.
Key Responsibilities
- →Support technical design briefs and analyze designs
- →Coordinate with multiple vendors throughout the project
- →Review MEP specifications and interpret contracts
- →Participate in technical and commercial negotiations with vendors
- →Lead a team and supervise onsite MEP construction activities
- →Review and redesign MEP drawings and material schedules
- →Coordinate electro-mechanical activities with various stakeholders
- →Provide interpretations of plans and specifications for contractors
Requirements
- ✓Thorough knowledge of Electrical, HVAC, fire alarm systems, plumbing, and fire fighting
- ✓Experience in sustainability and LEED concepts
- ✓Ability to analyze designs and coordinate with vendors
- ✓Strong negotiation skills for technical and commercial discussions
- ✓Leadership experience in supervising construction activities
- ✓Expertise in reviewing and redesigning MEP drawings
- ✓Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors
