About the Role
Turner & Townsend is seeking a Project Manager to join their Real Estate team in Dublin. This role involves guiding clients and their professional teams on exciting and iconic projects, handling commissions of varying scale and value.
Key Responsibilities
- →Advise at a strategic level at the project conception stage, providing advice on different approaches to achieve client objectives
- →Lead the establishment of overall success criteria for projects, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
- →Plan for and manage quality, safety, health and environment issues
- →Establish effective project governance, processes and systems
- →Create detailed project plans
- →Advise on resource procurement
- →Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- →Monitor and apply performance management techniques using KPIs
- →Manage the change control process
- →Monitor and advise on project finances
- →Manage project information flow through meetings and written communications
- →Ensure production of formal project progress and other reports
- →Interface with clients and consultants at all project stages
- →Develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients
- →Identify and act upon cross-selling opportunities
- →Work with senior team members to construct bids for new work
- →Attend client pitches with senior team members
- →Maintain project case study, photograph and project CV files
- →Identify opportunities to improve project management products and services
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management within the real estate sector
