About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join Turner & Townsend in Macau. This role involves assisting in the management of small additions and alterations works within the mall.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage small additions and alterations works within the mall
- →Handle shop subdivisions and combinations
- →Assist in Owner operated shop design and fit-out
- →Manage base build MEP modifications to suit incoming Retailer needs
- →Oversee duplex creation and front of house mall modifications
- →Manage any other Retailer related small projects
Requirements
- ✓Experience in project management within the real estate or infrastructure sectors
- ✓Strong understanding of MEP modifications and retail fit-out processes
- ✓Ability to manage multiple small projects simultaneously
- ✓Excellent organizational and communication skills
- ✓Knowledge of Macau building regulations and standards
