About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Data Centre team at Turner & Townsend. This role involves managing complex projects and programs as the key client interface, with opportunities to take the lead on strategic commissions and high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
- →Develop working relationships, solve problems, and drive projects to successful completion
- →Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
- →Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, cost-saving measures, discrepancies, and potential construction problems
- →Manage project safety and environmental requirements
- →Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
- →Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
- →Engage with marketing and business development initiatives
- →Coordinate vendor scope with overall project delivery
- →Draft contract documents in strict accordance with legal approved contract templates
- →Work closely with project teams to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents
