About the Role
We are looking for Senior Project Managers to support clients in delivering high-profile infrastructure projects. This role requires leadership and mentorship to develop future Project Managers while working on diverse, complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver a wide range of high-profile projects across Infrastructure
- →Mentor and develop the future generation of Project Managers
- →Work with clients to deliver diverse, highly complex projects and programmes
- →Lead project teams on large projects or programmes
Requirements
- ✓Significant experience of infrastructure project management and/or programme management
- ✓Excellent leadership skills for developing teams
- ✓Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- ✓Strong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills
- ✓Drive and commitment to achieving solutions under pressure
- ✓Planning, communication and organisational skills
- ✓Ability to manage several work streams simultaneously
- ✓Experience of highways infrastructure project management
- ✓Experience of procurement and managing NEC contracts
- ✓Experience of managing contractors, consultants and advisors
- ✓Experience of consultancy or client-side project management
- ✓Familiarity with public sector organisations
