About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on the successful delivery of client projects while ensuring minimal disruption to operations and adherence to safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- →Deliver projects across varied scopes and disciplines, meeting agreed success criteria
- →Define project scope and assist with business case preparation and funding approvals
- →Engage with all relevant parties to capture inputs, restrictions, and requirements
- →Manage tender preparation, bid analysis, and contract awards for consultants and contractors
- →Ensure compliance with contract terms, process payments, and manage changes
- →Control site activities for safe and compliant delivery in collaboration with consultants and safety advisors
- →Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise issues
- →Maintain quality standards across design and construction phases
Requirements
