About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from brief to hire
- →Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
- →Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
- →Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track and report performance
- →Manage all communication with candidates from application until offer acceptance
- →Update applicant tracking system to ensure accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
- →Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business
