About the Role
We are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the real estate cost management division at Turner & Townsend in Singapore.
Key Responsibilities
- →Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the real estate cost management division in Singapore
- →Work with business unit leaders to determine resourcing requirements for the business
- →Develop and lead effective recruitment strategies covering conventional and digital campaigns
- →Drive usage and compliance of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) functionality
- →Implement ATS functionality to drive efficiencies across the full candidate journey
- →Responsible for keeping agency expenditure to a minimum
Requirements
- ✓Experience in recruitment, particularly in the real estate or cost management sector
- ✓Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and digital campaigns
- ✓Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems
- ✓Ability to work with business leaders to determine resourcing needs
- ✓Experience in managing agency expenditure
