About the Role
We are looking for a bilingual education technology professional to join our Customer Onboarding team in the US or MX, serving the AMERICAS region. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers through a seamless implementation process, including change management, implementation, integrations, training, usage, and adoption
- →Educate customers for immediate success through compelling and interactive training sessions
- →Solve technical problems with empathy and optimism, identifying and mitigating risks
- →Collect and act on feedback to improve training delivery and customer experience
- →Understand and act on success metrics, tracking key indicators for onboarding, adoption, and retention
- →Develop outstanding training materials that align with customer needs and brand guidelines
- →Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- ✓Expertise in customer training and consultation
- ✓Strong understanding of change management principles
- ✓Advanced functional knowledge of educational technology products
- ✓Exceptional presentation skills for both online and in-person training
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Strong written communication and scheduling skills
- ✓Experience with project scheduling and control tools
- ✓Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence
