About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Consultant to join our Customer Onboarding team in the US, engaging and inspiring customers throughout the Americas region. This role focuses on helping customers navigate change management through training and consultation, ensuring their success with our products.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers through a seamless implementation process, managing change management, implementation, integrations, training, usage, and adoption
- →Educate customers through compelling and interactive training sessions, connecting with education professionals and inspiring them to use our tools effectively
- →Solve technical problems by quickly learning our products and integrations, suggesting solutions, and guiding customers toward effective resolutions
- →Collect and act on feedback from customers and peers to improve training delivery and the customer experience
- →Develop outstanding training materials, testing new ideas and creating high-quality resources aligned with customer needs
- →Work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment on objectives and requirements
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in education technology and customer training
- ✓Strong presentation skills for both online and in-person software training delivery
- ✓Ability to understand and address customer goals and context, tailoring guidance and recommendations accordingly
- ✓Experience with project management and scheduling tools
- ✓Exceptional written communication and scheduling skills
- ✓Ability to diagnose technical issues and propose effective solutions
- ✓Commitment to continuous improvement and excellence in training delivery
