About the Role
We are looking for an Onboarding Consultant to join our Customer Onboarding team in the US, engaging and inspiring customers throughout the Americas region. This role focuses on helping customers navigate change management through training and consultation, sharing best practices, and facilitating implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Guide customers through a seamless implementation process, managing change management, implementation, integrations, training, usage, and adoption
- →Educate customers for immediate success through compelling and interactive training sessions
- →Solve technical problems with empathy and optimism, applying technical knowledge to suggest solutions
- →Collect and act on feedback from customers and peers to improve training delivery
- →Understand and act on success metrics, tracking key metrics related to onboarding, adoption, and retention
- →Develop outstanding training materials, testing new ideas and creating high-quality resources
- →Work collaboratively with internal teams and customers to ensure alignment and successful outcomes
Requirements
- ✓Expertise in customer training and consultation
- ✓Strong presentation skills for both online and in-person software training delivery
- ✓Knowledge of education, assessment, and academic integrity
- ✓Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- ✓Exceptional written communication and scheduling skills
- ✓Technical problem-solving abilities
- ✓Experience with project scheduling and control tools
- ✓Meticulous attention to detail and brand design guidelines
