About the Role

The Sales Operations Process Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the sales organization by providing processes, systems, and operational support for efficient sales execution. This role combines day-to-day sales operations support with structured procedure documentation and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

→Provides day-to-day operational support to sales teams by assisting with workflow execution, system usage, and process adherence across the sales lifecycle
→Identifies variations in how tasks are performed across different teams or regions and translates tribal knowledge into standardized SOPs
→Creates high-fidelity flowcharts and diagrams that visualize the current and future states of sales workflows
→Identifies and defines all decision logic gates within a process and documents criteria for every decision point
→Designs the logic for automated quality checks to replace manual data-entry tasks
→Maintains the source of truth in the internal knowledge base, ensuring the central repository of SOPs and system guides is updated with new logical flow
→Converts standardized workflows and execution logic into orchestration-ready designs for technical teams

Requirements
