About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to architect and build systems that reinvent how healthcare is transacted in the US. This role focuses on designing and implementing an end-to-end system that optimizes provider and payer workflows while re-centering the patient.
Key Responsibilities
- →Implement a novel approach to healthcare transactions, from provider-payer contracting to guaranteed upfront prices for patients
- →Build a sophisticated transaction system using modern methodology and technology
- →Drive early-stage concepts through iteration, execution, and enhancement
- →Facilitate coordination across disciplines and external stakeholders
- →Maintain industry expertise and stay updated on market trends and legislative developments
- →Use prototyping tools to test and iterate on product concepts
Requirements
- ✓5+ years of experience in healthcare-specific Product Management, Plan Operations, or Strategy & Ops roles
- ✓Strong healthcare domain expertise, preferably in health plan operations and payment systems
- ✓Demonstrated ability to ship high-complexity solutions
- ✓Proven track record of operational excellence
- ✓Excellent communication and influence skills
- ✓Bias toward action and incremental progress
- ✓Comfort operating in ambiguity and iterating based on feedback
